ABOUT TEXTURA

Textúra is a place where haute cuisine embraces playfulness, experimentation, and discovery, reflected in every dish and every corner of the restaurant. Our kitchen utilizes local ingredients and revives traditional techniques such as poaching, smoking, and confit, blending them with modern international cuisine’s components and technologies. The result is a captivating and experimental cuisine, personally guaranteed by our executive chef, Ákos Sárközi, recipient of a Michelin star.

Our wine selection, curated by sommelier Krisztián Juhász, features an exciting array of Hungarian and international wines, including unique and organic, natural selections.

The name “Textúra” encapsulates the entire concept of our restaurant, as both our establishment and our dishes reflect modern art, lightness, spontaneity, and a playful approach to presenting the ingredients in various textures.

Our wine selection by Krisztian Juhász sommelier is a very exciting, unique, natural and organic collection of Hungarian and international wines. Most of our wines are available by the glass as well.
The name Textúra expresses the whole conception of the restaurant, since playing with textures and consistencies, spontaneity and flexibility can be discovered in every plate created by Akos.
We would like more interaction and informality between the restaurant staff and its guests even by letting them be part of the finishing touches of the meals.
Beside gastronomy, an encounter of the best ingredients with arts, mathematics and physics on the table, this is Textúra.

RESERVATION

Dear Guests!

We accept reservations above 5 people only via email.
Please note that we require a deposit of 10.000.- HUF/ pers. to confirm your reservation.This
amount will be deducted from the final invoice.
The deposit will only be returned if the reservation is cancelled 24h prior the arrival.
Payment options: transfer or linkpayment. In our reply we send all the necessary informations for it.

Transferring the amount is approval of the mentioned conditions!
